Location! Location! Location!

The actual property location is amazing, with the views and the availability of restaurants within walking distance being the main points. The actual condo could definitely use some upgrades to the appliances, microwave door handle was broken, washing machine needed cleaning. The overall condo could have been a little bit cleaner, the master bedrooms remote was sticky, the toilet seat needed to be adjusted/replaced. The smaller bathrooms toilet needed bleaching or scrubbing. I am not saying it was unlivable or hampered our stay, but at the price for the rental and others that I have stayed at in other locations for the comparable price/view/amenities, I would expect a little more. The host was great as far as communicating with before our arrival and offering local places to go for dinner. Parking was not bad, but definitely do not need a big SUV/Truck for the parking space.

We have a great stay! We loved the views so much, probably one of the highlights of thw trip. We even got to see some dolphins on our last day from the patio views. Jeff was kind and so helpful every step of the way. The house had everything that we needed and more.

This was one of the best stats we have had in the San Diego area. We have been going back and forth for the past year as my father lived in La Jolla and we have been carrying for him until his passing on April 30th. We have stayed at many, all nice, but this was, by far, the best on all counts! I saved this location in my favorites for our next trip and to recommend friends and family. Thank you!

Best host ever! Property was exactly as described. The communication from the host was excellent and check in was super easy and smooth. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The views from the back patio of the place are stunning and beach access is easy. Walkable to everything you need as well. The town is also super cute. I highly recommend.
