The spacious primary suite offers a true retreat, featuring a King bed, flatscreen TV, dedicated workspace, direct ocean views, and private balcony access. Step outside to your private balcony with bistro seating and enjoy the fresh ocean air while listening to the waves below. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
The two guest bedrooms each feature Queen beds and their own flatscreen TVs, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination conveniently serves these bedrooms.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Direct oceanfront location with panoramic Pacific views from the living room, kitchen, primary suite, and private balcony.
-Walk to Ocean Beach restaurants, cafés, breweries, local shops, and nearby Sunset Cliffs for some of San Diego’s most beautiful coastal scenery.
-One residential garage space is available for compact vehicles. Street parking is advised for larger vehicles.
-This home offers air conditioning and if you would like AC during your stay please contact our office to pay the $35/day (Plus tax) fee for AC access.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
