This house was just as described. The host was very reachable and responded quickly. The beach is right across the street. Breakfast/brunch places within walking distance. Very good restaurants in the area. Grocery near by. Would definitely stay here again! The only complaint was from another couple we were staying with. It was concerning the mother-in-law suite. They said that the air conditioning was not strong enough to keep it as cool as they would have liked. It wasn’t hot but still warmer than they like for sleeping. They also said the mattress was soft to the point where when her husband moved it shook her and raised her up. I think he sank and it made her side rise. These could also be preferences as well! I still give it 5 stars! So clean and just a lovely little home. No issues inside the house at all other than the toilet having a Little Rock in the main bathroom. Easy fixes!! Thank you, Renee for such a wonderful stay!!

Great location, perfect for a family with kids who nap. The beach is close and convenient to get to. The host was great with communication although we didn’t have a lot of questions. Everything was provided on the listing or the directions.
