About this house rental
Spacious 2100 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a quiet relaxing beachy feel. We are proud of our 5 star reviews on our other booking site. Our house is a minute walk to the beach. Three full bedrooms with extra beds in the office and sitting areas.
Large outdoor deck to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon gatherings.
Fully equipped garage with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, tent and beach toys.
Garage also has a ping pong table, cornhole and fusbal table for enjoyment. Frisbee golf available as well.
Plenty of stuff to do: surf/fish/kayak/paddleboard/beach sunrises/dolphins/beach bars/SpaceX launches/NASA/casino cruises/Ron Jon.
Also very work from home friendly, with many private workspace area if you need to catch up on emails or attend a Zoom meeting.
Only 8 guests maximum (extra charge of $25 per guest per stay if more than 6). No parties or large gatherings are allowed, NO extra people other than the guests booked via VRBO are allowed. NO more than 4 cars allowed to park at our property. Please respect our house rules and City of Cocoa Beach rules and regulations to avoid paying fines.

We had an amazing stay at this Cocoa Beach property! The house was beautiful, spotless, and only about a five-minute walk to the beach. One of our favorite things was how secluded the beach area felt—it was peaceful and never crowded.The home was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like being at home, with every amenity you could think of already provided. The owners have done an outstanding job making sure guests have everything they need.If you’re traveling with kids, this house is perfect. There were plenty of games and toys to keep them entertained, along with a foosball table and ping pong table. The garage was also stocked with beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, tents, boogie boards, shovels, and more, making beach days effortless.The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the house cool even during the hottest part of the day.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation in Cocoa Beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property is the perfect location for a family gathering. Everything was excellent . Host was very attentive and everything was as described. Beautiful location near the beach, restaurant’s, activities all that a family needs for a weeklong vacation.

Great stay! Everything was as expected! Everything was well stocked and clean. The beach is literally across the street. Owner was very responsive and checked in on us multiple times.

WOW! What an incredible property! Do not hesitate to book here for a fun, relaxing beach escape! The house is spacious, clean, quiet and incredibly well appointed. We kept discovering more fun extras with every turn. Beach charm and character were appreciated as well and the location cannot be beat. Renata was a joy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your home - we will definitely book again!
