Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged at least 24 hrs in advance and are $25/hr.
If cleaners are delayed by late departure, a $50 service charge will be applied.

• Max 8 guests, all must be listed on the reservation
• No taping décor to walls/ceilings, glitter, or confetti
• No moving furniture
• No smoking indoors ($500 fine)
• Quiet hours: 11PM–7AM

• $150 non-refundable fee per pet (max 2 dogs)

Everything you could possibly need is provided. Very comfortable and extremely clean. The owner was responsive and easy to reach. Great location.

The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. We walked to Salty Sisters for dinner and chess, and The Surfinista, Juice N Java, and The Green Room Cafe for smoothies and lunches. We also walked over and did some shopping at Catalyst Surf Shop. The location could not have been better. We hope to book here again next summer.

We didn’t know what to expect when we walked in the cottage but let me tell you….they thought of EVERYTHING. There was all the comforts of home and all the amenities you could possibly need and more that you didn’t even think of. The place was cool and clean. The location was amazing as you can walk to plenty of places. Great stay. Great communication with the owner. We will be back for sure!!
