Communication for check in was thorough and efficient. The property was very clean and presented exactly as listed. It is quite literally across a two lane road from public beach access, and very walkable to restaurants and shops in town. The road it is located on is busy so if you have small children, just something to be aware of, but there is parking in the back as well, so you could avoid the front if that made you uncomfortable with little kids. Two bedrooms are across the house from the master, so it was a perfect set up to travel with kids from that perspective as well. Great for a family trip, but also would be a great spot for multiple couples or a trip with friends!

This rental is a bright spot in Cocoa Beach! This property was clean and fresh. Convenient to walk to restaurants. And, the property management team was friendly and super responsive.

The beauty of this rental is myself, my children and spouses flew in from different locations for a long weekend. We got in about 9:30 at night. It was so nice having the beds ready and coffee for the next morning, plenty of towels for bathing and the beach, chairs, coolers and even a wagon to haul all of our stuff. Everything we needed! Again, thank you so much! Checkout was just as easy!

Yes we had everything we needed and prepared multiple meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee you provided. Everything was clean and the dogs felt right at home. We also really enjoyed having a fire pit and used that multiple nights. It was great being able to walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed whisk and grind, Oceanside pizza, and the fat donkey were house favorites.
