I took 6 teenage boys and they stayed busy the whole time!!! What an amazing property!!! I would recommend this place 100 times over! Thank you so much for being so accommodating! The best part was, it was in the center of everything!!!

Great house and communication with the host. Location was perfect for biking and walking to downtown and the beach. Definitely recommend!

This was perfect for our family. The home had everything we needed. Comfy beds and plenty of pillows. Paddleboards and a canoe, as well as plenty of lifejackets. There were all the supplies needed for a day at the beach. While at home we enjoyed the pool table and darts. The A/C kept things cool and when there was a local power outage, a whole-house generator kept us powered without a hiccup. Communication with the host was excellent. We caught a few fish off the dock and at the park at the end of the street, but our best fishing came after we visited Cocoa Beach Fishing Center on Atlantic Ave and they set us up with surf fishing gear and advice.We enjoyed seeing a manatee and numerous ospreys along the canal. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes drive. We particularly liked the Whisk and Grind for breakfast. Oceanside pizza was close by and had a drive thru for pickup. Branos Italian grill was good. But the highlight of the trip was probably the gelato and great service at Gelati di Roma Ice Cream. Highly recommended!We would definitely stay at this home again!
