For us, having an on site tennis court that is in great condition was the best! Great view of the Cocoa Beach pier and Atlantic Ocean. Steps away from the beach and the pool was very nice. Condo is very roomy. WiFi was great and so was the TV. Extra benefit is the covered parking.

This was a great place to stay, great views, grounds were beautifully maintained. Some “hiccups” with the elevators - sometimes one not working, very slow and very hot inside!Master bathroom shower trickles out so was a little aggravating but otherwise everything was wonderful and enjoyed my vacation very much!Thank you!

Condo was clean and well furnished. Great views of the ocean and pier as well as the pool. Pool and grounds were meticulously maintained. We would stay here again!
