We're just a short walk from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier — packed with restaurants, surf lessons, live music, volleyball, and tropical drinks — and only minutes from Ron Jon Surf Shop, a must-see icon of surf culture.
Bringing the whole crew.... We’ve got you covered with flexible sleeping arrangements: 2 queen beds and 1 king, all with cozy toppers, fresh linens, and plenty of pillows for a great night’s rest. There's a TV in both the king bedroom and the living room, plus cable and high-speed WiFi if you feel like staying connected (but we promise — the ocean will tempt you away).
Inside, you’ll find a clean, updated space that’s functional, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked for beach-goers and families alike — no clutter, just the essentials and comforts you really need. And yes, no stairs to climb and parking is right outside your door!

Personal preferences vary in regard to water temp/water pressure as well as other variables. Condo sized water heaters. There is one designated parking spot for each unit. No additional persons may be in the unit or use the amenities of the complex beyond the number booked. This is a Pet Free condo. Support animals must be addressed at the time of reservation. If you have special needs, you'll need to notify us at the time of reservation. Please be aware that we cannot respond to messages/calls between the hours of 11pm and 8am EST. *****

We had a great time during our brief stay and the host Stephanie was wonderful and very responsive. I was visiting due to a death in the family, and this stay made the process much easier to handle and stress-free. I really appreciated that. It was so close to the beach, which we all loved, especially my son and daughter. We didn't even have time to watch tv which was very nice. The condo was very clean, the other folks around us were very nice and helpful, the wi-fi worked smoothly, and it was very quiet. All great things for what we needed...a break. We'll be back! Thank you Stephanie!

Excellent location with beach access! Clean and comfortable accommodations, and timely communication with the host. The beach gear was nice and very appreciated. We would definitely recommend and book again!
