About this house rental
This home keeps its original charm after many modernizing updates. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths, a comfortable living room with a large smart tv and a separate dining room that seats 8. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes ,pots and pans and has a gas stove, dish washer and large fridge with ice maker. There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and storage.
Beach chairs, toys, bikes and towels are provided. There is a screened-in front porch and a large fenced in private patio and garden area with a grill and a large back yard.
The beach access is 1/2 block away. A few hundred steps in the other direction is a Putt- Putt course and a great Italian restaurant. Cocoa Beach Pier is within walking distance and the Port, a 27 hole golf course and a huge public pool are a short drive away.
This is a clean, comfortable place for a couple or a family to use as a base to see the worlds or just enjoy the wonderful Cocoa Beach -Cape Canaveral area.

Fun little beach house that was just right for my family of 5 plus Gram! I appreciated the room set up as my adult daughters prefer their own bed. I also loved the separate dining room where we could have our evening meals prepared in the well stocked kitchen. Whatever I need to prep, I found! There was also amazing stocked shed with tons of useful beach items that we used every time we went down to the beach. Walked to the beach a few times and on our last morning was able to see a launch. I will look forward to booking this great beach house again in the future!!

We stayed here 4 years ago and was happy with the location and the luxury of how Sandy made the house feel like home.We will stay again whenever we come back to cocoa beach.

This was our third year coming to Cocoa Beach and our first time staying here in this lovely home. It was definitely comfortable and spacious for our family. It just had a homey feel to it when we first arrived. The screened in front porch was so nice to drink coffee and just take in the breeze. The female peacock loved to come visit us also. That was so cool! This house has everything we needed also. So many towels and essentials. We definitely recommend this lovely home to newcomers! Only downside we had was the electrical outlets were outdated and our phone chargers would just fall out of them. But other than that, everything was top notch and also loved the cat painting in the dining room!
