This retreat is best suited for guests seeking a quiet, upscale extended stay in a predominantly owner-occupied luxury condominium community.

This was the first time we rented a condo through VRBO and were so pleasantly surprised to get exactly what was advertised and more. The condo was clean, well furnished, well decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was attentive to our every need. Every amenity we wanted was provided. It truly was like a home away from home.
The location was ideal, nice and quiet on a side street and not A1A. The beach was beautiful and and clean; perfect the nice long walks. The water was very clear.
Many great restaurants are within close walking distance. A very nice Publix in a plaza with other quaint and useful stores was just blocks away.
In short, this was a wonderful place to spend a relaxing vacation!

My husband and I spent 2 months here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The wrap around deck is awesome. We hardly ran the air conditioning at all due to the great breeze off the ocean. Loved the proximity to the ocean as well as a great pool and jacuzzi. Our favorite restaurant was the Atlantic Ocean Grill right on the Cocoa Beach Pier within walking distance. We loved the area so much we bough a place so we have one to come to every year. Definitely recommend renting this unit. Noel was easy to work with and responsive.

We spent three months at this condo last summer. The condo listing and photos understate the appearance and amenities. The property was exceptionally well maintained and is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, close to restaurants and markets. It is a short drive to Kennedy Space Center and within an hour of Orlando attractions.
The owners were extremely helpful and made renting this condo a great experience. They maintain the unit in the condition they would want to live in.

It's a perfect place to vacation. We can see the ocean from the balcony. The large living room plus three bedrooms and baths make it plenty of room for our family. The master bath with its rain shower and soaking tub spoil me every time we stay here. It's beautifully and tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we need. There are great shopping and super restaurants close by, so the condo is just right for us. And not only would we recommend it highly, but we have been very impressed with the responsiveness of the owner. Best recommendation -- I never want to leave when our vacation is over.
