This bright and spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is right on the beach and features a spacious oceanfront balcony — perfect for lounging, dining, and dolphin spotting! Floor-to-ceiling windows continue the ocean views inside and bathe the living/dinning space, kitchen, and primary bedroom with sunlight. If you get tired of the beach you can relax in the jacuzzi in the primary bedroom’s generous en-suite bathroom or the building’s heated salt water pool.
This airy and cheerfully decorated condominium is the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation for families with children or a small group of friends.
PRIMARY BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
You’ll fall asleep listening to the ocean in the oceanfront primary bedroom which includes a king-size bed, TV, reading nook, large walk-in-closet and a luxurious master bath that features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and two vanities.
BEDROOM 2 & 3:
The two guestrooms feature a queen-size bed, and two twin beds respectively. TVs are in each room.
BATHROOM 2:
The second full bathroom includes everything except your personal toiletries.
LAUNDRY:
The utility room has a washer and dryer, slop sink, all the cleaning supplies you could need, and an extra fridge!
KITCHEN:
The spacious and well stocked kitchen features all new appliances and is perfect for all your cooking and entertaining needs.
PARKING:
There is ample parking on site and we also provide access to a private garage for you to use.
BEACH FUN:
We have beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc. for you.
BUILDING AMENITIES:
A heated saltwater pool, party room, and BBQ.
NEARBY:
Within walking distance, and via a short ride, there are multiple restaurants offering breakfast, lunch or dinner. And of course lots of options for food delivery. In addition to walks along the beach there are bike paths and local sidewalk lined streets for walking or Jogging. Within one mile is a Publix supermarket, ABC Fine Spirits, gas stations, bike, kayak, surfboard rentals. Short walk to Pickle Ball, Tennis, Racquet Ball and Shuffle Board Courts.

Can't say enough about my experience with this property. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The beauty of being able to see the beach from both your living room and bedroom cannot be understated. Listening to the ocean waves all day long and all night long is mesmerizing and puts you in a relaxed place right away. This condo is also beautifully decorated, goes way beyond what is typical. Comfortable couches, beds, chairs, high quality art on the walls, interesting decorative touches everywhere. To me, this was more like staying in someone's everyday private living space. Laundry soap, toilet paper, plastic bags, saran wrap, vegetable oil, other condiments, etc. is all there, you don't have to go out and buy it.
Saw 3 rocket launches in a month right from the balcony. There are beach chairs, toys for the sand, boogie boards, etc. They keep the pool at 88 degrees. Grocery store is minutes away.
Excellent communication with owner.
