This property is part of a secluded triplex, on a quiet street, and we have converted each of the 3 units into luxury vacation rentals. The property includes a large, heated, salt water pool, that is semi-private ( shared only among the 3 suites).

Excellent location! One block from the beach!! End unit which was GREAT!!! Nice size 2 bed 1ba cottage. Very Clean. Bedrooms were very were spacious with very comfortable beds. Laundry facilities available in unit and a private outside eating area in back. We came escaping the weather and it was 30 with crazy winds while we were here. The heated pool was EVERYTHING!! Host was communicative. We will definitely be coming back.

Centrally located, this condo was perfect for our Cocoa Beach stay. A very short walk to the beach, minutes from Port Canaveral for fishing, and around the corner from good restaurants. The listing describes the condo accurately, fitting both my boyfriend and I, and our two friends splendidly. The saltwater pool was great to lounge in when we didnt feel like going anywhere. Adam was very helpful and responsive when an issue came up. 10/10 Would definitely come back for future visits!
