Located on the ground floor of a secure residence with an indoor swimming pool, this flat is ideal for your stay. It features a living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace with jacuzzi, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and separate toilet. The beach is at your feet and accessible from the terrace via a small private path.

With a surface area of 75 m², the flat can accommodate up to 7 people and is composed as follows:
- Living area: TV lounge with large corner sofa, dining table, open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, hob, fridge).
- Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (90cm), ideal for children
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Shower room and separate toilet
For babies: High chair and cot are available on request.
Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request)
Outside area :
- Furnished terrace with heated Jacuzzi as well as a dining table for your meals and aperitifs as well as a Spa to relax after a day of sightseeing.
In the residence :
- Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its sea-view terrace.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available with a recharging point for electric vehicles.

Zephyr "We weren’t too happy having to pay extra to be given bedding somewhere we had already paid to sleep in, and similarly there are no towels provided for the bathroom or the beach which is unusual for a holiday home.
We would have also liked some more comfortable seating in the lounge area as when we had a full house we had to sit on dining chairs to watch a movie.
Courtyard got lovely sun in the afternoon and the beach is lovely. We didn’t try the shared pool though because it did not look clean."
