About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this lovely, fully equipped holiday flat for rent! Situated on the ground floor of a secure residential complex with an indoor swimming pool, the flat is ideal for your stay. It features a living area with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a furnished terrace with a hot tub, as well as 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and a separate toilet. The beach is right on your doorstep and accessible from the terrace via a small private path.
The accommodation:
With a floor area of 75 m², the flat can accommodate up to 7 people and is laid out as follows:
- Living area: TV lounge with a large corner sofa, dining table, open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, hob, fridge)
- Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (90), ideal for children
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Separate shower room and toilet
For babies: A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request)
Outdoors:
- Furnished terrace with a heated jacuzzi, a dining table for meals and drinks, and a spa area to relax in after a day of sightseeing.
In the residential complex:
- Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available, complete with an electric vehicle charging point.
Neighbourhood:
- Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d’Agde within a private residential complex with direct access to the beach.
_ A 5–10-minute drive from the port of Cap d’Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and the
Ferris wheel...as well as the Île des Loisirs, Luna Park and its nightclubs.
- This location is ideal for a wonderful holiday.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 1 vehicle.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Free public car park nearby
- Public transport nearby: bus stop a few metres away
- Nearest railway station: Agde station, about 10 minutes’ drive away (7 km)
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport, approximately 20 minutes’ drive away (14 km)
Other notes:
- We have additional accommodation available in this complex if you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place. We offer the following properties: Ares, Dionysos, Artemis, Villa Hestia and Le Littoral. Each property can be booked separately.
- Bed linen can be provided on request at an additional cost: €10 per person. Towels are not provided. Non-smoking accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a surcharge of €20 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking.
- Since August 2026, the accommodation has been managed by a new concierge service.

Zephyr "We weren’t too happy having to pay extra to be given bedding somewhere we had already paid to sleep in, and similarly there are no towels provided for the bathroom or the beach which is unusual for a holiday home.
We would have also liked some more comfortable seating in the lounge area as when we had a full house we had to sit on dining chairs to watch a movie.
Courtyard got lovely sun in the afternoon and the beach is lovely. We didn’t try the shared pool though because it did not look clean."
