Super modern villa, just needs more seating in the lounge area. We spent many a happy hour in the pool and the hot tub. Supermarket only 5 minute drive. Also great location for visiting Carcassone, Pezenas,(one of the best markets we have visited),and Montpellier, great for other shopping.

Wonderful stay in the villa. The owners were great and we had excellent communication throughout with questions we had for them.
Both families loved the layout and space of the villa and the pool was great.
Lots for the kids to do locally with local shops, ten bowling, fast food outlets etc
We thought the local shopping for supermarkets was very good and also very close by. However very busy but it was the main summer period.
We used Uber’s to go into Agde which is a beautiful town and to Cap D’Agde which is great and has lively bars and restaurants.
Great place for a large family or like us 2 families to f 4.

We were there for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
The house was more than perfect! Wonderful terrace with the swimming pool, really nice relaxing SPA, huge dining room and kitchen, comfortable bedrooms.
Quiet and polite neighborhood, the villa is in a residential area close to Mont Saint-Loup and really close to all the shops you can need.
Véronique and Franck were absolutely awesome, kind and helpful. C'était super!
