Located 250 meters from the beach, with direct pedestrian access to the campground, and 200 meters from Pirates World, an 8,500 m² water park.
It features 2 BEDROOMS: 1 140-size bed in the master bedroom with a closet and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a closet + 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the living room, which features air conditioning, a refrigerator with built-in freezer, a SENSEO coffee maker, teakettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes, microwave, and small oven.
A bathroom with storage and a hair dryer.
The toilet is separate.
A travel crib👶 is available.
ALL BEDDING WILL BE NEW FOR THE 2023 SEASON
Outside: patio furniture, umbrella, 2 lounge chairs, outdoor storage bin containing beach games (racket games🏸, soccer ball⚽️...),board games, and a BBQ.

A covered terrace enclosed by a gate on each side with a beautiful dining table.
The other terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol.

The MOBILE HOME is located in the Club Les Sables d’Or village in CAP D’AGDE, where you and your family can enjoy the 8,500 m² Pirates World water park, featuring slides, a spa, a jacuzzi, a wave pool, a wild river, and a wading pool for the little ones...
Set against a magnificent backdrop of rocks and greenery; tennis courts, pétanque courts, playgrounds, teen and kids’ clubs, and evening entertainment.
You’ll find all the shops you need for a great stay right on the campground: a bakery, deli, restaurants, grocery store, hair salon, and laundromat.
Nearby: horseback riding, fishing, hiking, golf, sailing, tennis, bike paths, amusement park, kayaking, nightclub, casino, restaurants, markets…
A 5-minute drive from the campground: Hyper U shopping center, McDonald’s, Lidl, pharmacy, and the Cap mini-train with 3 routes, plus all the shops a little further away.
Good to know:
To be paid at the campground upon arrival: Stay fee of €210 during high season from June 25 to August 27 (€40 during low season for stays of up to 3 nights; otherwise €80).
Water park: Free for children under 6 years old.
Wristbands: 3 euros/person for ages 4 and up (proof of age required) for the duration of the stay; pets subject to a fee (4€).
1.44€ tourist tax per day per person over 18 years old.
