Villa 56m² with two terraces (24m²+17m²) on the first floor which are at your disposal to spend an excellent stay with family or friends.
The accommodations are equipped to accommodate 5 to 7 people:
First floor:
- Large bright living room with TV lounge area, dining table for 6 people and equipped kitchen
- Comfortable sofa bed of 140
- Laundry room with washing machine
- West terrace 17m² and East terrace 25m² with a magnificent view of the port and its boats
- Garden table and chairs, deckchairs and plancha
Floor:
- a bedroom with double bed 140
- a small bedroom with a single bed 90
- a bedroom with double beds 140 with a view and terrace overlooking the port
- Bathroom with shower with toilet
To get a good night's sleep, all windows are equipped with roller shutters.
Full equipment (Hob, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Kitchen utensils, Coffee maker, Washing machine, Iron, Beach toys)
NO WIFI (good quality 5G network)
Linen is not included in the rental.
You have a private parking space.
The cleaning fee is optional and amounts to 80 euros per stay.
