I am a house of approximately 70 m² with 3 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and balcony, an open-plan kitchen, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with shower. I also have a garage, a patio, a garden, and a shower in the garage to de-sand.
The living room with fireplace has a very privileged view: direct view of the Môle beach, you can enjoy the softness and the sea air on a 7 m² balcony.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, you will have 2 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed (sleeps 7).
I am naturally equipped with:
fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.

Charming old semi-detached house from the 1950s on the seafront, facing Môle beach, my location is exceptional: in just a few steps you will be on the beach.
On the ground floor, the large garage can accommodate a first car, a covered "patio" space for a 2nd car is possible.
The garden at the back of the house is around thirty m² (30 m²) where you can lie down or play with your children...
The first floor has 70 m² of living space.
I am ideally located: a stone's throw from the sea and Môle beach, close to all shops (alley of strolling), supermarkets nearby (a few km), close to the port (7 minutes on foot), 2.5 km from the leisure island (32 minutes on foot, 8 minutes by car).
