Relax in this beautiful single family home with an oversized front patio complete with outdoor dining table and shady market umbrella. There is patio furniture for outdoor lounging off the master bedroom and another bedroom on the 2nd floor as well. Fully STOCKED kitchen with granite counters. The dining room table sits 6 people. There are 4 kitchen counter bar seats. With beds for up to 10 people, this home can easily accommodate your whole family.
Ideally located just steps from the brand new Lido Village Waterfront as well as the local grocery Vons/Pavilions on 32nd street. Walkability index is off the chart with scores of bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Starbucks and the Lido movie theater is across the street and the beach is a short 6-7 minute walk away. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood as well as the large living spaces at the property.
