Me and my family stayed at alex beautiful beach house in newport beach ca and had an amazing time!! The house was in perfect prime location close to all amenities the beach has to offer! Everything was clean inside the house and ready for us to stay. Alex was very responsive and answered all questions! He is a very excellent host and i recommend his rental property to anyone looking for a fun vacation!

Plenty of space , 3 bedrooms, bunk beds in one room were double sized so good for adults. Well equipped kitchen , excellent location to the beach! Comfortable seating areas. Had laundry area but didn’t use.

The property was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of kitchenware and other amenities. Short walk to the beach
Parking was tight especially when 2 vehicles were parked in the carport at the same time
