About this house rental

Just half a block from the sought-after 29th Street beach and boardwalk, this inviting 5BR/3BA coastal retreat offers the comfort and flexibility of a ground-floor residence paired with a second-floor residence, making it an ideal choice for year-round family getaways. Thoughtfully furnished with a relaxed beach motif, the home features two separate living areas, two fully stocked kitchens, and ocean-view outdoor spaces that make it easy for guests to gather together or spread out in comfort.

GROUND FLOOR RESIDENCE

LIVING & DINING AREAS:
The ground floor residence offers a welcoming living and dining space with a leather sofa and loveseat, streaming TV, a game table for two, and a dining table with seating for six. A sliding glass door opens directly to the front patio.

- Guest Bedroom: King-size bed; streaming TV; ceiling fan

SECOND FLOOR RESIDENCE

LIVING & DINING AREAS:
The second-floor residence features a spacious living and dining area with an upholstered sofa set, two side chairs, streaming TV, an open beam ceiling, and a ceiling fan. A sliding glass door opens to the front ocean-view balcony. The dining area includes a table with seating for six, along with barstool seating for six at the counter. Please note that the fireplace is not in working order.

Outdoor spaces include a ground-floor front patio with a picnic table, market umbrella, side chairs, propane gas BBQ grill, and ocean views. The second-floor residence also features a front balcony with a bar counter and seating, along with a propane gas BBQ grill and ocean views.

KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
Both residences include fully stocked kitchens with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and large and small appliances. The ground floor residence includes a dining table with seating for six, while the second floor residence also offers barstool seating for six at the counter. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Beachview Bundle: By booking this combined listing, you're eligible to receive our exclusive complimentary package upon request, which includes upgraded beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, cooler, and cart) and the potential for early check-in and late check-out, based on availability.

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Additionally, there is no central heating. Space heaters have been placed in each room for your comfort.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats, best suited for children, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the garage, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: Two garage spaces are provided and accommodate most vehicles, including some SUVs. Garage measurements are 189 inches wide by 81 inches high. Additional neighborhood parking may also be available, including metered, unmetered, and pay-station spaces. Please read all posted signs.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
