About this house rental

Cute little bungalow off MLK Blvd, this place is a must-stay for Razorback fans and bike enthusiasts! You and your guests will love being directly across the street from the Razorback Greenway and walking distance to Baum Stadium and only one mile to Bud Walton and Razorback Stadiums.

Built in 1928 but recently remodeled, and only 750 sq feet, this quaint and charming house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a cozy living area for relaxing and recharging at the end of the day.

There is a large backyard with a wire fence for your pet and a small fire pit and lawn chairs for sitting out by the fire at night. You won’t regret spending your weekend gazing at the stars at Hollywood! We look forward to hosting you!

The property is close to a bar so on Saturday night it’s pretty loud into the night. The curtains could be thicker, for more privacy. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. The host answers any questions fairly quickly. This is our 2nd stay at this location and we will probably stay again.

Very loud with traffic and I think there is a club behind it because there was thumping until 2am with cars trucks and bikes revving by all night. This is a place for young single people to stay not families. There were food splatter stains on the curtains and the shower kept filling up from clogging.

There were a couple of items missing like hand soap and extra toilet tissue but the owner brought them over. Would have been nice to have had kleenex tissues and perhaps a coffee table to sit drinks on. Other than that it was comfortable and very clean.

We enjoyed being close to the university, walking trails, and plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. We had our dog with us, and she loved exploring the large backyard, so we were all quite happy with our stay. With a little love this would be the best rental in Fayetteville. location is the best…Could not get the TV to connect, Plenty of towels for both the bath and the kitchen, with hand soap for both room. No wash cloths at all. A bit of street noise but nothing that was all night. And just a little FYI for the host, saw a few ants in the bathroom.

Very nice place to stay for the 2024 Great American Eclipse, which we drove 2.25 hours south to view at Petit Jean State Park - gorgeous! Also checked out Chrystal Bridges Museum on the advice of our Host - thank you - and Eureka Springs, both only about an hour away. Good Mexican restaurant (Mexico Viejo) and Starbucks a very short walking distance from property. Nice shower and comfy beds.

We had a nice multi-night stay at this property. The house met our needs really well since we wanted to be near the U of A campus. Location was minutes from campus with quick access to MLK Dr. and Interstate 49. This was great for us since we were out seeing various things in the area. Nice little cottage -- immaculate and uncluttered, in a great location near to freeway, shops, and Centennial Park. There is some daytime construction and late-night/weekend clubbing noise nearby, but as light sleepers we were prepared with earplugs and all was good. Owner was super-responsive to our questions and to deliver some kitchen items/utensils that had gone missing. A great value -- enjoyed our stay!
