We're located just 2 miles from The U of A campus! Adventure just a little further and you will be in the center of Fayetteville’s one of a kind Downtown district complete with the historic square, Dickson St, shops, and local restaurants. The fun continues at home with a ping pong table, baggo, and a backyard with a fire pit, hammock, grill, and seating.

My husband and I were in town for our grandsons baseball tournament. It was the perfect location for us. Kristen’s place is warm and inviting and spotless. You can’t go wrong with this place. Thanks for being a great host!

It’s a very simple house that’s not overdone yet has everything we needed. The location was a quick drive to downtown Fayetteville and to the University of Arkansas. We enjoyed a late night of playing mini ping pong in the garage.
