This location was great for visiting all the restaurants and bars in this college town. However we can’t party like we use to and tried go to bed by ten. It was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep.

We came in town to visit my son, who attends University of Arkansas. The apartment was perfect. Located right on Dickson street it’s walking distance to foods, bars and shopping. The owners were amazing and worked with us through some scheduling issues that came up. Would book again and definitely recommend.

House was comfy and was accurate to listing. Great quesadilla joint just a minute walk away. Would stay here again. Side note …there is some street noise in primary bedroom. Of course, not contra me by owner. So no fault of theirs. Plus, if you are staying here, you should expect some night life. Would definitely stay here again !!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Everything was impeccably clean and organized. The beds were super comfy, and the shower was awesome! We also enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to music below. The proximity of this place is also a huge plus as it is in the heart of Fayetteville right next to U of A. Thanks for making our first visit to the university one to remember! We enjoyed our stay so much and plan to return!
