We stayed in town for a bike race and the house was great. It fulfilled all our need and was extremely comfortable. Ample sleeping space and comfortable beds. Virgina also provides snacks, breakfast foods and drinks, as well as a well-stocked pantry. Communication was great the whole stay and I highly recommend this property.

The house is very cute and great especially if you have a larger group. Convenient location and close to restaurants and the university. The house has everything you need, even things you might not think about! Virginia communicated throughout the whole process and was super helpful and friendly. Had a very nice stay at Virginia's house. The kids enjoyed playing football in the side yard, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with food so we were able to avoid a trip to the grocery store for the basics for the weekend!

Such a cute, eclectic property with so much attention to having all the comforts of home. Kitchen, including the fridge, was stocked, beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, etc. Virginia is an awesome owner to work with. The hosts of this property have thought of everything! I have never seen a place so well stocked, and every little thing was thought about. The accommodations were very clean and easy to settle into. We filled that place to the brim with people, and I was afraid we were going to feel crowded, but it actually worked out fine! We fix a lot of our own meals, and it was easy to cook and prepare food. The place has a lot of European flair, where every space is utilized. Well done!

We, along with my parents, came to visit our daughter (a UARK student) for the first home football game. Wonderful is an understatement to describe our stay. Virginia was an amazing host with excellent communication during booking and throughout the visit. The house is in a very convenient location and there was plenty of room. The accommodations were above and beyond our expectations. There were amenities in all bathrooms, treat/snacks/breakfast/beverages in the kitchen. An adorable cookie cake with “Go hogs” was on the table. I can’t begin to describe how accommodating everything was. Virginia went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We have many plans to head back down over the next 2.5 years and hope we will be able to book at this location.

Came in to town because of a family medical emergency and feel so fortunate there was a last minute cancellation so I could stay! The hosts were beyond kind and allowed me an early check in!! Knowing the reason I was in town they were so supportive and helpful!! This property provided close access to Washington Regional Hospital as well as the U of A. The bed was heavenly! With fantastic pillows! The hosts have covered every possible detail - everything I needed was right there! We had a great time in Fayetteville for a family wedding. The accommodations were great. The extra touches of snacks, bathroom products, and awesome linens were much appreciated. Fantastic communication from host as well. We were warned of bad weather we didn’t even realize was rolling through. Overall a great host!!

The host had complimentary snacks and drinks. We were allowed to stay a little later to hang with our college senior. The place is beautiful and stocked with every amenity. First of all, the owner was absolutely awesome!!! Prior to arrival, she asked questions about sleeping arrangement to make the carriage house perfect for our family; provided welcome goodies after the long drive and stocked the fridge with items we would need during our stay; and provided a clean home for us. If you are traveling with friends or family, this is a really cool place to stay!

This property is as GREAT as all the reviews state!! We (3 Couples) spent 4 nights and could not have ask for more. Each couple had our own rooms with bathrooms and lots of extras everywhere. Virginia had a super sized cookie cake for us when we first walked in. She had fruits, chips, breakfast breads, meats and cheese along with champagne and orange juice in the refrigerator. This is just a few of the items she had for our use. I am not sure where she learned her "Hosting Skills" but she is one of the best. They were very kind and let us park our 4 motorcycles under their carport each night while they left their car out side. We would definitely stay with Virginia and Stan again.

Our team stayed at her property for a competition and when we arrived, Virginia had stocked the pantry and refrigerator with staples and snacks! We wanted to stay in a convenient, quiet, and clean space during our visit to Fayetteville. I based my entire trip on all of the previous reviews. Mrs. Fletcher is the absolute best host and we will always stay in touch with her to stay at one of her properties. The Carriage house is so nice! My son even said, "no wonder she has such good reviews!" In addition to staying in Fayetteville for the camp at UofA, we quickly decided to go to the baseball game. Mrs. Fletcher provided us with an early check-in time to get prepared for the game, chairs, and a soft cooler to take with us to the Hog Pen. Knowing it was my son's birthday, she purchased him a birthday cookie cake, and many other things that made him and us feel so thought of and thankful. About the Carriage House and what makes it special: - Location. It's minutes away from everything, it is Quiet and peaceful! The home has very updated and comfortable bedding, furniture, TVs, and the bathrooms are perfect. The Fletchers have everything in stock so you will not think, "gosh I left that at home.." trust me, it's there. Every single necessity was available which made the stay even more unique. The refrigerator had breakfast items and condiments for sandwiches etc., which were perfect because we were on the go the entire time. Had there been a pack of post-it notes, I would have left messages everywhere telling her, "Thank You" for this specifically because you get home and just forget. This was the best stay we have ever had on a trip. The Fletchers are thoughtful and will communicate with you in a drop of a hat. We could not say enough nice things, other than we will be back!

We drove 10 hours to our son’s wedding. He is one of our 7 adult kids. Though we all didnt stay in Virginia’s house, there were 6 of us and my oldest son’s German Shepherd as well. (I was the only female in the bunch but we all loved it!) We were constantly saying how happy we were to have this wonderful place to stay. It was clean, warm and inviting, plenty of space to spread out. We were so surprised to arrive and find the breakfast foods there for us! I didnt expect that but it was so nice. We enjoyed it! I would recommend this place to anyone with a family event they are attending. I would recommend it period. 😊

Great home, true to listing information. While the house is great and beds very comfortable, the jewel of the property is the owner. Virginia is hands down THE BEST VRBO owner we have encountered. Virginia went well above and beyond to make sure our weekend was perfect. We came to Fayetteville to visit our sons and meet their friends. Virginia knew I wanted to make home made meals for the boys and we were bringing our dogs. She made sure we had plenty of seating and EVERYTHING you can imagine to make sure we had what we needed to feed lots of hungry boys. The outside area is huge with tables and loungers. Unfortunately the weather kept us inside. We had plenty of room for everyone to eat, play cards, and hang out. Virginia checked on us to make sure we had plenty of things to do in town. We felt like we were staying at a friend's place the whole weekend! I highly recommend Between the Trails!
