Great little place to stay ON Dickson. Easy walking distance to everything for a game weekend. Host was responsive and accomodating.

Door and lock are difficult to open/close. Had a little trouble with it. Place is cute, but comforter had stains on it. They did tell us additional one in closet to change out. Rugs very dirty and stained. Unit smelled peculiar, maybe cats/urine?? Couldn’t pinpoint. location is good if you want to be near Dickson street, however it’s directly behind frat house and extremely loud. Also, bird i must have best somewhere on roof as you can hear chirping loudly… had to check and make sure wasn’t inside.
