This place has a great location for a campus visit. It's definitely walkable, but be ready for the hills. The teenagers definitely took advantage of the popsicles in the freezer. We appreciated that the host checked in with us a couple times. If UArk is for us, we will be back.

The whole family loved the house that was tastefully renovated and thoughtfully supplied with lots of little extras. Great location as well. Will definitely stay again. Graduation weekend is extremely pricey though, hard to find a reasonable price. Owners allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated.
