Cute little bungalow off MLK Blvd, this place is a must-stay for Razorback fans and bike enthusiasts! You and your guests will love being directly across the street from the Razorback Greenway and walking distance to Baum Stadium and only one mile to Bud Walton and Razorback Stadiums.
Built in 1928 but recently remodeled, and only 750 sq feet, this quaint and charming house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a cozy living area for relaxing and recharging at the end of the day.
There is a large backyard with a wire fence for your pet and a small fire pit and lawn chairs for sitting out by the fire at night. You won’t regret spending your weekend gazing at the stars at Hollywood! We look forward to hosting you!

We had a very nice four-night stay with our dog. The location is convenient and feels safe, with easy access to all major roads and no traffic noise at night. The house is comfortable, spotless, and stocked with everything you might need. Communication with the owner was quick, and a small internet issue was resolved immediately. We plan to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.
