Modern Lake Haven is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Wanaka holiday home with WiFi. Centrally positioned just moments from the lake edge, this spacious and well appointed house is an ideal base for friends and family!
This 2 storey Wanaka holiday home includes tastefully decorated open plan living downstairs. There is ample room to relax and unwind, with comfortable furnishings, and 2 living spaces to cater for larger groups... There is a wood burning fireplace plus a gas fireplace, providing the perfect winter retreat! For sunny summer living, the generous outdoor living area is well set up for relaxed BBQs as you admire the peaceful mountain scenery.
Downstairs at this Wanaka accommodation, bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom and is fitted with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a single bunk set plus a single bed and bedroom 3 includes 2 single beds. Upstairs, bedroom 4 also has an ensuite plus a queen bed and a cooling/heating fan. In addition to each of the ensuites, a main bathroom with an additional toilet is located downstairs. Great property more than we expected. Very well equiped and loved the many heating options, especially out door fire place. Plenty of space and superb location close to shops lake wineries and eat access to ski fields.

Grandparents and 2 families with babies - perfect spot, sunny, warm, closed in section for grandies, short walk to playground, town, walk to beach and bike tracks, quiet and most important off road parking for 2 boats and 3 x 4WD - plus a garage for kids toys. Arriving and leaving so easy with Bachcare Angela - we will be doing this again.
