Good location, very clean, lots of space and toys for kids.
Not enough rubbish bags. Shower mixer seems not working good, hot water supply not stable, need repair. Heat pump outdoor units are just located next to one bedroom, very noisy at night. A stranger walk into the garden in one morning, scary. Garage door remote is not available, not possible for parking inside, not convenient for the kids in winter.

Perfect for four couples and two children. Modem and very comfortable, tv's every where, heated tiles, ex showers etc. Great views of the snow capped mountains, and Mt Aspiring in the distance.
Hot water califant had an intermittent issue requiring an off and on again.
Luggage needs to be carried up steps.
Wouldn't stop booking again.
Bring your own jug to steam your espresso and take preground 😊
