This was a fantastic house for my wife, and son and his family. It was close to the centre of Wanaka (walking distance), playground across the road and beautiful sunset views of the lake. There was so much space and ideal for young children. The wood fireplace was a bonus.

The most spectacular view of the lake and Mt Aspiring mountain ranges from upper living and dining area. Very well-appointed house and amenities. Very comfortable for our family of 7 travelling to Wanaka. Very close to everything, that we didn't need to use our car. Great location to everything. Plentiful and beautiful walking tracks close by.

Proximity to town was great. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for us.
This was our fourth stay in New Zealand and it was by far the dirtiest upon check in. There were finger prints everywhere, the coffee table and dining table were filthy with food stuff still stuck in. The fridge and drawer handles were filthy. The curtains had rips in them and the couches very grubby. The vacuuming wasn’t done particularly well either. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of cleaning.
