Set in a beautiful and quiet location in the Chianti hills of Tuscany, just 12 km south of the city of Florence, Casa Il Fienile is an independent house with a spacious and fenced garden, a PRIVATE POOL with stunning views. A really oasis of peace. Envoy the sunset with a glass of wine by the pool! You’ll have the villa to yourself.
PETS ARE WELCOME! The garden is all fenced.
The house has a big kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms : two spacious double bedrooms - one with private ensuite bathroom and a Jacuzzi - and a bedroom with 2 single beds (it's possible to make the 2 singe beds into a big double). A comfortable living room with a satellite 55- inch smart TV with decoder and dvd. In the living room there's also a sofa bed for 2 people. The house sleeps 6+2 people. Air-conditioning in bedrooms at first floor and in the living-room. Internet wifi.
The property has a private swimming pool, a barbecue area, a big garden with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining on a hot summer day!
Ground floor (sleeps 2+2):

• Dining room seats for 8
• Large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, American coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, filtered water)

Warmly welcome and Victoria was so helpful. Quite and spectaclar location. The House is best equiped for bigger groups. Big Garden with different Levels. The Location is very suitable for dogs. Very good base for endeavor Florence. We will definately come back.

We came. We saw. We cooked! We ate. It was awesome. Beautiful views over the hills to the south towards Siena. Saw some warm air balloons rising to the village to the southeast. Vittoria is a gracious host and her English is impeccable. Loved Impruneta and it’s relationship to Florence (about 17 km to the north). The 3 bedrooms worked well for us. I highly recommend this house for a bucolic getaway in the prettiest area in Italy.

Pool was great, with glorious views. Impruneta a pretty little town. Air con made sleeping easy. Host lovely. I guess the only thing is that you can’t really walk into Impruneta. Good Villa for a family.

Vittoria and Marco were perfect hosts and very helpful during the stay. The house is ideal for a group or family holiday in Chianti. Impruneta is quieter than other more touristy towns so we enjoyed feeling part of the local area. We had a local cooking school come to the Villa for a days lesson which was fantastic. The pool was ideal for relaxing in after exploring the area. Definitely need a car to get the most out of the area.
