Making the outdoor spaces even more special is the splendid private pool (5 x 10 m, depth 1.5 - 1.9 m), open from June 1st to the end of August, and fully equipped with an outdoor solar shower, sun loungers, deck chairs and parasol: the perfect spot to refresh and unwind on warm summer days.

The property is completed by a private outdoor parking area with space for up to 3 cars, along with wide green areas where you can rediscover the pleasure of nature in total serenity.

Internal Description

Villa la Tartaruga is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a bright and cozy open-plan living area, tastefully furnished with a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The living room, featuring comfortable leather armchairs, a kitchenette, a decorative fireplace and tv, invites relaxation and conviviality. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a large dining table for 8 people, perfect for sharing delightful meals together.

On this level, there is also a charming reading room in rustic style, with a wooden bench, cushions, table and bookshelf, creating an intimate and relaxing corner. The floor is completed by 2 convenient bathrooms with shower.

First floor: The sleeping area, located on the upper floor, is designed to ensure comfort and privacy. It includes: 1 bedroom with French bed (for 2 people); 1 twin bedroom (with two single beds); 1 double bedroom; 1 master bedroom with canopy bed, enhanced by a romantic white mosquito net and featuring a bathtub and sink inside the room for an exclusive touch of charm.

Finally, there are 2 comfortable bathrooms with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); heating according to consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
