Casa Erta is a farmhouse nestled into the hill sloping down into the valley that divides the Corzano and Paterno hills.
Erta has six bedrooms (4 with double beds and 2 with twin beds), 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a well equipped large kitchen.
This charming house is sorrounded by a nice garden with sitting areas, bbq and wood pizza oven.
Guests can relax in the beautiful garden or at the shared swimming pool with panoramic views . The pool is at 200 mt uphill and is shared with Casa Fallocchio.
We can organize you extra services such as grocery shopping, breakfast basket and dinnerdelivered directly in your house, as well as massages, ebike tours, hot air ballooning.
Included in the price of your stay you will have a free tour of the cellar with wine and cheese tasting

We stayed in Vila Erta, for the second time. It is a lovely place to be. Totally restful, in the middle of nature, and of Tuscany. All you need is nearby. Culture, nature, shopping and living an Italian life, full of good food and wine. San Casciano is a most lovely little town very near, with great history, nearby the most beautiful Floence. You can stay with a lot of friends or your family, in Erta come together and enjoy life!!

Erta is a completely modernised, yet traditional, Tuscan Farmhouse with whitewashed interiors, thick stone walls and high ceilings. The cicadas sing in the evenings and the sheep bells tinkle in the evening - the only noises to disturb the tranquility and beauty of this special corner of Tuscany. We stayed at Erta last summer with two other families, and there was more than enough room for everybody. We each had our own family bathroom and two bedrooms - still with rooms to spare! The large kitchen easily accommodates multiple cooks, ready for a large gathering of people for the evening meal outside or inside during the heat of the day. There is a garden with places to sit and read in the day, and a few steps up the road is a huge shared swimming pool, with fantastic views across the Tuscan hills. Only half an hour from Florence, and in reach of Tuscany's finest art and architecture, this is the perfect location to relax and unwind, whether enjoying Tuscany's renowned food and wine, exploring its ancient culture, or swimming in a pool to the restful sound of the cicadas. And if you've eaten too much of Corzano Paterno's delicious home-produced cheese and wine, then ask for a local restaurant recommendation - you will not be disappointed!
