Beautiful country house "Bulleri", renovated. 4 km from the centre of San Casciano, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 30 ha. Private: large garden 2'000 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 16.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. The owner's villa and several annex buildings are located on the 30-ha property. Guests have private grounds with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool in a position with great view. Wine-tasting and sales of wine, olive oil and Vinsanto (Italian dessert wine).

House was old and unique, lots of space, first floor was nice and nice calm despite outdoor temperature was over 30 degrees. Kitchen is small and should have 1 BIG fridge as the house is for 10-12 people. We had a combination of half fridge/half freezer, so it was not the best option. Pool and the garden was great, had really nice time on the grill and the place for having dinner outside was super (table under the trees). The owners were very helpfull and nice. ABSOLUTELY-WORTH TO VISIT!

Ein sehr schönes , grosses Landhaus in schöner Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren großzügig uns sauber. Einzig die Fenster sind teilweise kaum schliessbar. Bei starkem Regen regnet es teilweise ins Zimmer. Die Küche ist etwas dunkel und wir mussten einiges kaufen, Espresso-Kaffeemaschine, . Gratinform etc. Schönes Kamin, um gemütlich ums Feuer zu sitzen. Esszimmertisch müsste neue Holztischplatte haben...

Het is een prachtig huis om te zien op een mooie locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. Helaas viel het huis zelf iets tegen voor de prijs die we betaalden. Met name door de keuken, oud, de ruimte was niet schoon en de pannen e.d. vettig/vies. De vaatwasser werk niet goed waardoor we regelmatig zelf de vaat moesten doen.
Slaapkamers zijn mooi, ruim, fijne bedden. De ene douche werkt beter dan de andere.
We hebben gereisd met drie stellen met kinderen in de leeftijd van 1 tot 8 jaar.
