Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious and secure apartment, ideally located in Paris. This accommodation has been completely renovated and is perfectly designed to accommodate up to five travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for two people, a convertible sofa for one person, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
• A sleeping area: it is equipped with a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage space and a ceiling fan.
• A bathroom: including a shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Security Measures: A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.

The location and apartment are lovely, but the sheets and pillows were stained, the cookware was extremely minimal, and the

Location is close to the metro with many restaurants near by. The home/kitchen is not well stocked which made it hard do cook. It was also very dusty. We cleaned the dining room table and some surfaces. There is a large stain on the sofa. The stay was fine and fit our needs for a short stay considering we weren’t there very often.

We love the neighborhood and enjoyed our time and the opportunity to revisit our favoritr places. The check in process was somewhat of a disappointment. I guess we're used to meeting someone local and being able to get answers to questions and suggestions. I think it would have been apprppopriate to be told about the construction going on in the building ( The apartment directly below ours.) The workers would begin work before 7 am even on Saturday. It was impossible to sleep once they starfed hammering and drilling. The check out process was very straight forward.
