Very comfortable for a large family.
The apartment consists of 3 separated bedrooms, 1 double living room with dinning room , 1 fully equipped kitchen :washer, dryer, dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove,
2 bathrooms, one with shover + WC and one other with bathtub.
Other separated WC is in a hallway.
With a balcony along living and bedrooms. (That is allow to smoke on the balcony) View on EIFFEL TOWER and few other monuments on PARIS.
Building very secure with gardian, security door.
A large garden down the building will be very appreciate by the children with outdoor toys.

We were very pleased with the spacious apartment. Genevieve is an excellent communicator. Her son, Ciprian, was there to greet us and tell us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The metro stop, line 6, is just down the street. There are small bodega groceries up and down the street as well as some excellent small cafés. We never had a bad meal in the neighborhood. Clean and safe. Note: if you are sharing with friends, get first dibs on the bedroom with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Five minutes to Corvisart metro and ten minutes to many fine and reasonable restaurants in Butte aux Caille.
