135-square-meter family duplex with a terrace near shops, Montparnasse, and the Catacombs

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier with this apartment. Pierre and Sophie were exceptional hosts - they were warm, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.The neighborhood was fantastic. We especially loved spending time in nearby Butte-aux-Cailles, which has the charm of a mini Montmartre with its lively restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment itself was incredibly peaceful. Located on a quiet residential street, we never had to worry about street noise and slept very well each night.The apartment was spacious enough for our group of seven, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. One of our favorite memories was enjoying delicious French cheese and wine on the beautiful terrace in the evenings.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It is conveniently located to metro stations, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. Our hosts, Sophie and Pierre, were easy to communicate with and they warmly welcomed us like family. It was our home away from home and we would highly recommend.

Great place. Felt instantly at home. Balconies on every room. Very safe and secure building. Love being close to a park and university (great campus!). Close to metros/train station. Cafés and groceries close by! Excellent stay!

If you want to experience Paris like a true local, book this property without hesitation. Each morning, we walked to one of several boulangeries within five minutes for fresh breakfast and enjoyed watching locals go about their day. There’s a shopping mall about a 15-minute walk away, with many restaurants along the route, and a metro station just a 5–10 minute walk away.The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and has a great layout: one bedroom and full bath on the main level, plus three more bedrooms and another bath upstairs—perfect for groups. The owners were gracious, communicative, and even greeted us on arrival. The home felt truly lived-in rather than like a typical rental, which made the stay more special.Beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. A beautiful historic church is directly across the street.While not in central Paris (about 25–30 minutes by car), we loved the quieter, more local feel. Plenty of shops, pharmacies, and bakeries nearby, and far fewer tourists.We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return.
