Cozy and spacious 145-square-meter Haussmann-style family apartment—4 bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning

Paris is a dream destination and this flat was absolutely perfect for my family vacation. We were 3 generations from grandparents to teens and this home was the perfect combination of accommodations for us. (the tiny elevator was a game changer for the grandparents after a long day on foot with all of the shopping bags)The large dining space, and salon are great for get togethers with all of us, and then each family group had their own area and bathroom(s). Beds and linens were excellent quality. All bedrooms face the inner courtyard so there is little street noise. The Bathrooms and kitchen are modern and the home and building classic French at the same time! Philippe and Christine met us upon arrival and provided everything we needed. They offered lots of extras like a welcome bottle of wine, and amazing coffee and tea selections and plenty of kitchen utility for all the goodies we brought home each day. We loved the location, the bus stop and Metro are right there. Multiple grocery options and Rue Moffetard just a few blocks away -and all of Paris right there. We had one of the best meals of the trip at a small bistro right down the street! This home made great memories for our family!

Excellent place to stay for 7 adults. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location, walked to most places, bus stop in front of building and metro a 5 minute walk. Great restaurants and markets nearby. Philippe and Christine were wonderful hosts, great communication. I highly recommend.

This apartment is in an excellent location with several great restaurants on the same block, a street market one block away, and easy access to transportation. The apartment feels old world while having modern amenities. Phillipe is very friendly and quick to respond to questions during the stay.It was great for our group and we would definitely book it again but keep in mind that 1) its on the 4th floor (5th if you’re an American) and the elevator is small (good for luggage), and 2) there is no air conditioning and neighbors will complain about noise if you are not quiet when courtyard windows are open.

This was our favorite place by far of all the places we have rented for vacations, starting with communication with the host. Superb. When I asked before our stay where we might find water for a CPAP machine Phillipe responded with a photo of the bottles he had already gone out and bought to save us from having to scramble the first day. Staying here was like having relatives in Paris who let you use their place when they are gone. The apartment itself is a well-loved home that is delightfully rambling in its design. There is a great deal of separation of each sleeping area from the others for privacy and large dining and living rooms for gathering as a group. The living room especially had wonderful leafy trees right outside the windows. I most appreciated the soaking tub which was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of walking. In the next block to the left there is a metro stop that took us to all the places we wanted to see. Only once in the entire week did we need to transfer to a different line. To the right it's but a short walk to Rue Mouffetard, one of the oldest streets in Paris which is a traffic free area of restaurants, shops, and food options including the bakery Le Fournil de Mouffetard where we bought fresh pastries every morning, Try also Tokyo Fluffy for fluffy dessert pancakes with various yummy toppings. We will absolutely stay here again our next trip to Paris. Our highest recommendation!
