Beauquartier - Butte aux Cailles I

The apartment is big and located in a nice neighborhood in the 13th arrondisment with a lot of restaurants and bars. Metro (Corvisart) is close by, also supermarket G20 around the corner. All perfect.

One small issue: sometimes, the place in front of the apartment is a meeting place for young people to hang out during night. It happened for 2 nights (~12am to 4am) and those nights were not the music festival, however were the hot days. With ear plugs and window closed it's ok.

С аэропорта Орли на такси доехали за 40 минут и 30 евро (Bolt,можно оплатить наличными ) В квартире для нас было всё необходимое ,белье чистое ,полотенец достаточно ,есть утюг ,фен,стиральная машина и микроволновая печь ,средство для стирки тоже есть ,было чисто ,никаких посторонних запахов . небольшая капсульная кофемашина ,чай ,сахар,специи ,оливковое масло тоже в наличии . До метро 5 минут пешком . Очень понравилось общение с хозяином ,быстро реагирует на сообщения. Плюсом было для нас бесконтактное заселение ,так как общаемся только через переводчик ,не нужно было искать человека для передачи ключей ,в сообщениях владелец написал код от входной двери ,ничего сложного 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Вообщем все отлично ,с удовольствием бы ещё здесь остановилась. На счет кафе рядом не знаю ,утром ушли и гуляли весь день ,рядом с остановкой метро есть небольшой магазинчик ,поздно вечером там закупались к завтраку (возможно он работает круглосуточно )

Would stay here again. Property was exactly how the pictures showed it. Clean and lots of great natural light. Received all the information prior to our check-in which made arrival very easy. The neighborhood felt safe, grocery stores and metro close by and lots of good food options.

The pillows were very flat. Wish we had pillows with more fill. Received message there were baggage storage locations close by but they were not available when we needed it.

Very convenient location, next to the metro, a lot of cafes, 20 minute walk to the Panteon or Luxembourg Gardens, and not overpriced like in the center. We also appreciate that the host took care of basic kitchen needs - oil, tea, coffee. The apartment was just fine for a family of 4. Washing machine. Fully automated access, simple instructions.

Creaky floors in the apartment upstairs bothered us, but not too much ) Adding some hangers in the bathroom won't hurt - there are none to hang a towel on. Cleaning can be improved - a lot of dust under beds. The children had difficulties locking the door of the bathroom - the lock is not easy.
