The property though small, was very well equipped with everything you could need for the stay. We appreciated the bottles of water, coffee capsules for machine & noted the rechargers for phones should guests need them. Quiet area meant we slept well for the four nights.
Very protracted check in process. Paid early check in fee but could not obtain codes for external door and key box due to anti phishing mechanism on Booking. Com’s messaging service between guest & host which removed links containing the required codes! Had to ring Guest Services twice and eventually gained access to apartment. There had to be an easier way to check in. Haven’t experienced this issue before and have stated in lots of apartments etc.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir haben mit 3 Personen gut dort übernachtet und der sie ist durch den Place d’Italie super a die Stadt angebunden (3 Metrolinien). In der Nähe gibt es Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte.
Im Innenhof befindet sich ein Sanitärbetrieb und in der Woche war es da morgens zwischen 6 und 7 Uhr laut, wenn die Autos dort beladen wurden und losgefahren sind.

Κλείσαμε δύο διαμερίσματα ένα στον πρώτο όροφο και ένα στούντιο που βρισκόταν στο ισόγειο. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ ωραία συνοικία που έχει τα πάντα από φαγητό και αγορά και με πολλές γραμμές του μετρό 5 λεπτά από το σπίτι. Καθαριότητα πολύ ικανοποιητική. Ωραίες αφράτες πετσέτες, μεγάλο μπάνιο, πολύ καθαρά κλινοσκεπάσματα.
Πολύς θόρυβος το πρωί από αυτοκίνητα σε παρακείμενο πάρκιν, που ακούγονταν ιδιαίτερα στο στούντιο του ισογείου. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι του διαμερίσματος του πρώτου ορόφου δεν ήταν βολικός, πιστεύω ότι χρειάζεται άλλαγμα.

Falta mucha mantención, sistema de entrada fallo, pito de alarma que no paraba de sonar, cortinas de pieza en mal estado, llave de ducha mala y alfombra muy mal. punto extra para la limpieza, impecable
