Lovely space to relax in Paris
Newley finished apartment with good quality materials.it had everything and more what we needed to be comfortable. The property manager was very responsive.

A great place from which to explore Paris. Place d’Italie has a metro with lines to most places. and a very comfortable
Very clean. Great bathroom. Induction cooktop and microwave made self catering easy. Close to supermarkets, the Metro, ATMs and restaurants. Good fans in both rooms.
Some people may find it a bit small - but this is a Parisian thing. It is compact but functional. It may get a bit hot in an extended heat wave as there is no air conditioning but we found opening the large windows each evening cooled it down quite well.

This room should have never been sold as a studio on booking.com.
Location
It is a basement adjacent to the entrance. The windows are open to and below the level of the pavement. The room itself is so small that there is no space to open the suitcase. The ventilation is non-existent unless I let in the smell from the pavement. The building entrance makes an enormous bang sound when people come in and out. Even worse, the road construction work, which takes place a few meters away, starts every day at 8 am.
I stayed for a week for work, and very limited assistance was provided. This room should never have been sold as a studio on booking.com. I am very disappointed.

Cozy and enjoyable
It was comfortable and well designed for the space. Pleasantly surprised how great the hairdryer was. That’s how you know the host really thought about everything.
The first day we had issue getting into the room with the pin. Since we were traveling, we didn’t have cell phone service. It took awhile to receive message from booking chat or email. Once we did, it was fast. Just something to consider when guests are traveling from another country. Not everyone will have cellphone services and sometimes not even data.

Pulizia degli spazi e posizione sono perfetti, lavastoviglie e lavatrice eccellenti. Bagno piccolo ma pulito.
I letti sono piccoli (il matrimoniale è un queensize) e il divano letto in soggiorno non è adatto a ragazzi di 14 e 17 anni. Dunque non è un appuntamento adatto per 4 persone. Il tappeto in soggiorno è da eliminare, è vetusto. Attenzione all'acqua calda della doccia, è difficile regolare la temperatura per renderla tiepida.

抵达当天已经很疲惫，却发现门锁根本无法正常开启，整个人被挡在门外进不去。手机电量也快见底了，我只能站在走廊里反复尝试联系工作人员。通过WhatsApp沟通后得到的回复是：“上一任客人弄坏了，一直没修。”
也就是说，他们明知道锁是坏的，既没有提前告知，也没有任何应急方案。工作人员处理问题的速度极慢，我在门外站了很久，消息来回反复，问题才勉强解决。全程没有任何歉意，也没有任何补救措施。
设施糟糕、维护缺失、沟通低效，连最基本的入住保障都做不到。这不是酒店公寓该有的样子，这是纯粹给旅客添堵。
请慎重选择，甚至直接避开。巴黎有很多比这好得多的选择。

I was accommodated in a basement room. Opening the window looked directly onto the pavement, where the sounds of footsteps, suitcase wheels and passing cars were perfectly audible, making rest utterly impossible. The curtains were also faulty, offering no light blockage whatsoever, meaning those sensitive to sleep would find it impossible to get proper rest.
But the most serious issue was the door lock.
Already exhausted upon arrival, I found the lock utterly inoperable, leaving me locked out. With my phone battery nearly depleted, I stood in the corridor repeatedly trying to contact staff. After communicating via WhatsApp, the response was: ‘The previous guest broke it, and we haven't fixed it yet.’
In other words, they were fully aware the lock was faulty yet failed to inform us beforehand or provide any contingency plan. Staff response times were excruciatingly slow; I stood outside for ages, exchanging numerous messages before the issue was finally resolved. Throughout, there was no apology whatsoever, nor any compensation offered.
Poor facilities, lack of maintenance, inefficient communication – they couldn't even deliver the most basic accommodation guarantees. This is not how a serviced apartment should operate; it's pure torment for travellers.
Exercise caution when selecting accommodation here, or better still, avoid it altogether. Paris offers far superior alternatives.

Tamamen akıllı sistemle döşenmişti elektronik aletlerin hepsi çalışır ve iyi durumdaydı. konum olarak fırın market yeme içme mekanları 3dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Zaten 5dkda metroya ulaşabiliyordunuz consivart meteo durağına ulaştığınız gibi eyfel, notr damme 30dk sürüyordu mükemmeldi.

Доброго дня. Все дуже сподобалось. Розташування в дуже тихому районі. Біля двої станцій метро (на ваш вибір). Поряд вулиця з кафегками й продуктовим машазином. Сам номер невеличкий, але дуже затишний. Все необхідне в номері. WiFi не стабільний, але завжди відновлювався. Як на мій досвід, можу рекомендовати до винайму данного житла. Все було чудово.
Не стабільний WiFi (але це більше побажання до керівницьтва). У нас була проблема з автоматичним замком на вхідних дверях, він перестав працювати ранком першого дня нашого перебування в номері (він проста не замикав і не відмикав двері). Написав до опікунів прозання про допомогу, відповіли одразу, замовили ремонт, через 2 години очікування, ми самі запропонували рішення - попросили ключ, шоб в ручну замикати й відмикати двері. Ключі знаходились в тренаж. залі в тому самому домі. За допомогою опікуна (дівчина через вотсапп) дістали ключі й вже через три години, могли залишити кімнату, замкнувши ключем механічним. Повідомили, що майстер відремонтував замок, але вірнувшись ввечорі до номера, замок так і не працював. Отже рекомендую отримати ключ. Нам неймовірно пощастило, що замок вілмовився працювати, коли ми були в середині номера - а не ввечорі коли ми приїхали, і вже ніхто не працював. Залишитись на ніч перед дверми було б дуже погано.

Un timo en toda regla, una pésima atención al cliente
Resulta que pagué un precio más alto en Booking (elegí la opción más cara de las dos que ofrecía esta plataforma) para entrar antes al apartamento, en concreto a las 13:00 horas, pero vemos que en el procedimiento online previo a la entrada la empresa anfitriona me obliga a pagar unos 70 euros más para poder elegir la opción de early check in, como digo ya pagada a través de Booking. Días antes les escribimos por Booking o por whatsapp y no contestan. Incluso llamamos por teléfono a Booking y tampoco les contestaron...
Cuando llegué al apartamento a las 11:30 el apartamento no estaba llimpio, y tuvimos que esperar dos horas más hasta que estuvo preparado. Cuidado con el timo.
