About this villa rental
This luxury brand new three bedroom villa is set in a small quiet complex in the Ayia Thekla - a beautiful and quiet area of popular Mediterranean holiday destination Ayia Napa.
As you open the gate you will find ample of parking space and a spacious pool area in front of lovely lounge and veranda perfect for al-fresco dining.
Inside, there is a large living area overlooking the pool. The living area includes kitchen, dining and sitting areas.
There is one toilet with shower room and one double bedroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs are another two bedrooms which share family bathroom and a lovely sea view balconies.

We had an amazing experience at villa Ingrid. We barely left the villa during the 5 days we spend there.

We stayed over a month in another Villa nearby, and had to move to this unit. This one was a bit older inside décor and furniture wise; and had a few structural issues in the Villa (heat air con not blowing hot air- but was fixed by maintenance, some mold and water damage on kitchen walls). Unit was missing a bit of kitchen supplies compared to Regina Villa. Everything else was suitable, and Ernesta our contact was great.

Lovely, quiet home with nice garden. The price for the home was reasonable for what was offered. The rental company was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiries. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some water. There were countless friendly stray cats who kept us company on the grounds. The house is in a quiet residential area so the next store or restaurant is accessible by car only. The team was quite flexible-- e.g. we were planning to relax at the pool/garden one day when the garden workers wanted work in the garden. They were very nice and offered to work the next day instead. Suggestions for improvement:
-a heated pool; the water was very cold
-provide pool/beach towels free of charge
-blankets for the bed (there was just a thin sheet on each bed)- The team was very nice and delivered blankets to us later on upon request.
-the kitchen could be equipped a bit more (there was no cork screw, cutting board, spatula, storage box, baking plate/pan etc)
-the kitchen counter was quite burn-damaged
All in all it was a wonderful, relaxing, sunny week in Cyprus!
