About this villa rental
A luxurious 3 bedroom villa just 50m from the seafront. The Villa is located in a quite and serene area, near a rocky bay from one side and a white sandy beach from the other (serene beach is the closest, 200 m away on foot) . The house its only 0.5 kilometres away from Liopetri River which overflows to the sea with nice seafood taverns literally on the water.
The villa has its own swimming pool and it is surrounded by a large pool area and beautiful Tropical Gardens. The villa is luxurious and is fully equipped with towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils, microwave, air conditioning units, TV, DVD, Satellite, WI-FI, all kitchen appliances etc. It also has a lovely piano suitable for musicians or pianists who want to practice during their holidays.
The house furniture and decoration is carefully selected with a special touch everywhere. The house has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms on the top level with private verandas overlooking the seaside and 1 bedroom on the ground level overlooking the pool and the beautiful gardens, suitable for people with less mobility. It also has a private covered garage for your car.
In the pool area there is a Barbecue area with all facilities for barbecue and a garden dining table with 6 chairs.
For you afternoon tea or evening cocktail you can relax at the Tropical looking GAZEBO enjoying the magnificent sunset or sun rising views.
Pool beds are also available in the pool area as well as an extra gazebo for extra shade for the very hot summer days. A walk to the near by beach (50m away) is not to be missed during FULL MOON days especially in August. The view is spectacular and the waters are very warm for an evening swim.
The area is very safe and the afternoon walks by the rocky seafront side are highly recommended. On the other hand if you enjoy white sandy beaches do not miss SERENE beach just 200m away.
The villa has excellent facilities for kids including a large trampoline in a large yard, Children DVDs, lots of toys and children books. The nearby Coast 50m away is very safe for kids with swallow waters.
The house is only 2 kilometres away from Ayia Napa and is accessible on foot, by bus, car, motorbike, bicycle, 4 wheel bike , 3 wheel bike, all available to be rented in AYia Napa.
Ayia Napa is very famous for its night life, superb clubs, bars, pubs, restaurants, taverns all your heart wishes can be fulfilled in this beautiful touristic resort area.
The largest water park of the island is only 1.5 kilometres away.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this villa, there was plenty of room for 5 of us - 2 double beds, and 2 single beds with the option of 2 additional beds if required. The neighbourhood was quiet, quite a distance from any shops so I would agree that a car would be a necessity. It was nice to have a pool for the hot Cyprus weather and to cool down in the hot evenings (we stayed in July). There is a small beach at the end of the road within walking distance, which was nice and quiet, but we drove to Nissi Beach (about 10 minute drive away) for the bars, atmosphere and sand. The villa itself was clean and had everything we needed - comfortable bed, perfect shower, BBQ, towels, hairdryer, sun loungers, even a cold water tank for drinking! We left behind two inflatable lilo's which we enjoyed relaxing in the pool with but have no use for back at home.
There are only a couple of negatives I would have to say about the villa (and even those are nothing I could complain about). The inside of the villa was slightly worn around the edges in places (such as stains on the kitchen blind, few dents and scraps here and there, old burnt out candles), but nothing that isn't to be expected in a rental property. We did spot two cockroaches inside the villa. I also would have liked it if there had been a safe.
Overall we were really happy with this villa, we had a comfortable and relaxing stay and we would definitely love to stay again.

Location is good for short trips to different beaches.We will rebook next year.
