Die Lage ist gut, etwas ausserhalb der Stadt. Es ist ruhig und man ist nahe am Meer. Es hat sehr viele Katzen in dieser Umgebung. Manchen gefällt es, manchen nicht - wir hatten jedenfalls kein Problem damit, da sie alle sehr friedlich wahren. Die Ausstattung war ganz ok, Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktioniert noch gut. Das Haus hat einen grossen Parkplatz was super ist.
Leider war bei der Ankunft das Haus nicht wirklich gereinigt. Der Sitzplatz bzw Veranda war voller Scheisse (vermutlich von Fledermäuse) was sich aber auch schwer verhindern lässt. Die Decke der Veranda sind Sträucher. Bei Ankunft haben wir den Boden gereinigt, am nächsten Morgen war alles wieder voller scheisse. Der Pool war dreckig und sandig. Leider hatten wir auch Probleme mit Ameisen. Überall waren Ameisen, auch in den Schlafzimmern und in der Küche. Es war zwar Insektenspray vor Ort - der war aber leer. Nach 2-3 Tagen Behandlung mit Insektenspray wurde es aber viel besser. Bei der Ankunft viel uns auf, das eine Klimaanlage tropfte. Ich habe dem Vermieter geschrieben. Dieser Antwortete schnell zurück und meinte, er schicke jemand vorbei. Soweit sogut - nur ist niemand gekommen. Wir haben einfach das Schlafzimmer gewechselt und die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet.
