The property features a generous garden, shaded verandas for outdoor meals, and a private pool perfect for cooling off or enjoying fun in the sun together. The surrounding complex also includes a large shared green space, ideal for children to play or for family picnics.

Each space is well-proportioned, making it easy for families to spread out and unwind, whether that’s enjoying a quiet morning on the veranda or gathering for dinner after a day at the beach.

The Villa was more than we expected, lovely sized pool, plenty of outside space, location of outside space in relation to property and pool meant you had sunshine all day without shading areas, so relaxing in the Sun was always available.
roof terrace was also a bonus.
the property is for 8 persons but only 5 sunbeds were available, fortunately we were not a party of 8 so it was not an issue.

“We had the most amazing holiday at this villa! It was an absolutely perfect family home—immaculately clean, extremely practical, and wonderfully convenient. Each space was thoughtfully arranged, and the villa felt bright, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The garden and pool area were fantastic for relaxing together, with everything spotless and beautifully maintained. Just a one-minute walk to a private beach made it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea.
All in all, this was the best holiday for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!”

We had a lovely week long stay in the villa. In the main it was exactly what was advertised with the exception of the welcome hamper, which was only half there. The pool is amazing, the villa was exceptionally clean, tidy and well presented. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basic equipment which meant we were able to cook for ourselves. Location is superb - isolated a little from other villas in the area so was quiet from that aspect. Occasionally there some early morning noise from the nearby quarry but we found this didn’t really disturb us much at all. We loved both the roof terrace and the patio dining area for eating and drinking outside during our stay. We couldn’t think of anything else we needed there to make our stay any better. Communication from the La Mer team was great, often receiving swift, polite, friendly and detailed responses. Occasionally there were some questions we asked that went unanswered. The power dropped out in Ayia Thekla while we stayed and the team at La Mer responded to our enquiries quickly, explaining the situation well. We also had some minor issues with a socket while staying and they resolved the issue that day. The electrician who came out was also very friendly when resolving the issue. Overall, we had a lovely week in the villa and would recommend to other guests.
