About this villa rental
The villa has a floor space of 160sq metres which stands in its own plot of 600 sq metres. To the front of the villa is a large terrace equipped with tables, chairs and parasol. The terrace is also shaded by mature palm trees. To the side and front of the villa is a large L-shaped tiled swimming pool. This has been designed with children in mind having a 3ft deep shallow end. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a sunbathing area equipped with sun beds and parasol. To the rear of the property is a garden. This area is shingled and is well planted with palms and tropical plants. Also to the rear is a seating area equipped with Cyprus barbecue. The villa is fully furnished, air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. High chair and large travel cot can be provided if requested. Private secure parking for 2 cars is located beside the villa. A supermarket is 5 minutes walk away with a new restaurant and bar alongside.

We had a lovely 10 days stay at The Villa Alexanda in Ayia Thekla, which was a lovely clean and well-equipped Villa. Gordon and Wendy were excellent in terms of their communications with us. We are a family of 7 adults and found the villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all the equipment and amenities we needed for our stay; all the bedrooms were spacious with ample wardrobe space and multiple towels for each guest, there was even some games in the dining room draw which came in handy in the evenings. The pool was perfect with floaties, and toys supplied, and the pool man came midway through the week to top up the water. We enjoyed a BBQ twice, finding the coals cheaply from the local shop just a 5-minutes’ walk away.We had a car, but it would not necessarily be needed as buses run up and down the main road to Ayia Napa frequently, with Water World just a couple stops along.I can highly recommend the beach bar just a 2-minute walk, great if you get there early and get a bean bag table at the front you can stay all day as long as you purchase a drink from them. Overall an amazing experience, a well presented, relaxed and secure space. We would wholeheartedly recommend this Villa to everyone.

This Villa was excellent in every way. Spotless, modern with immaculate decor inside and out.Well equipped with everything you need from the outside areas, bbq and kitchen. The location is stunning with all you need within walking distance. Gordon was so helpful and we felt well looked after. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning
