It is a very nice house with a beautiful garden, view and swimming pool.
The service was great and very helpful when it was needed.
We were with 5 adults and 2 children, which was perfect for the amounts of chairs on the terras and at the pool.
The equipment in the kitchen was complete with lots of plates and glasses.
The beds are a bit small 140 cm and short. But that is because we are used to have bigger beds
We also liked that two bedrooms are downstairs with a bathroom they could share and upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a bathroom.
Definitely a very nice house for a family

A Wonderful Stay at Villa Polina!
We had an amazing stay at Villa Polina in Ayia Napa. The villa is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the private pool and the convenience of walking straight out the back gate to the beach, where we went snorkeling every day in the crystal-clear waters.
The villa’s 4 bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable, and the balcony views of the Mediterranean Sea and lush garden were simply stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals whenever we wanted to stay in.
The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Ayia Napa’s attractions. The concierge team was fantastic—extremely helpful and responsive. They even helped us arrange in-house massages with a local company, which made our stay feel extra special.
Overall, Villa Polina was a perfect choice for us as a couple looking for privacy, comfort, and easy access to the beach. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Cyprus!

We had a family vacation in Polina house. The house is big enough and the location is very good . The pool area is comfortable and surrounded by beautiful garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area is good organized. The staff is very friendly and supportive . We recommend this place for your holiday.

When we got there the pool was dirty with plastic floating along the bottom as well as grit and dirt.
The patio furniture was filthy and there were animal droppings on it and along the patio floor.
The air conditioning unit was leaking heavily in the one bedroom and the outside lights and kitchen lights didn’t work.
The lawn was overgrown.
We had to have various trades in and out the house for 4 days fixing and cleaning things and even then the constant animal droppings from the tree over the patio meant we could not sit out to eat during the entire holidayall
