This stylish one-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor of the Isrotel Tower is all about the views, comfort, and easy beachside living.
Wake up to panoramic sea views and step onto your private balcony with a coffee in hand. Inside, you’ll find a bright open living space, a comfortable bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a Nespresso machine.

2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions
By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law.
Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.

If the 18% VAT applies to your reservation, it will be collected either through the booking platform's payment center or charged directly by our property management team, depending on how your reservation was processed. We will provide you with the exact payment steps if this applies to your stay.
