Location , responsive staff
Stinky entrance smells like pee, noise in the hall shouts by the door at night , broken/disconnected toilet seat , had to clear dead cockroaches two times , the terrace was dirty had to clean the chairs and floor . Dead led lights blinking inside , flat is old and not well maintained, should probably be updated or at least better cleaned and maintained

location next to beach
very old equipment: fridge, old couch and old chair - which we used for sleeping - stained and with holes - gives lots of hynienic issues after many years of usage. rusted ceiling in bathroom. Bedroom has no window - this is an underground flat. generally flat feels like needs general renovation
