About this villa rental
Country house located 20 minutes from Toledo and 45 minutes from Madrid, in the heart of La Mancha. Enjoy tranquility and exclusivity in an environment, surrounded by olive groves, which invites you to do outdoor activities. We also have a library for lovers of reading, swimming pool, fireplaces and a porch of 200 m2 with barbecue ideal for enjoying the good weather. The views from the terrace of the house are spectacular during the day. At night it is the ideal place to look at the stars. Surrounding the house we have 10 hectares of our own to walk to the river. It is a very pleasant walk that can be done throughout the year

Frederique’s property is out of this world, myself and 10 friends stayed here and it was everything we wanted and more. The property itself has so much character with an incredible master bedroom and en suite with jacuzzi tub. The rest of the bedrooms were great, most had double beds and all had air con. The communal spaces in the house were very well equipped and comfortable too, we ate mainly in the upstairs dining room which sat 10 of us comfortably, this lead out onto the veranda which gave stunning views of the property and the surrounding olive farms. However we spent most of our time in what we called the pool house. What a fantastic space this is and so necessary for the 40 degree heat that ensued. The pool house had multiple tables and chairs and a chess board which kept some of my friends occupied for hours. There is also a fridge down there which was so handy to keep drinks cool for when we were by the pool. The pool was a great size that comfortably fit 10 of us in. It was perfect to have to keep cool in the heat.
The property is very rural and it is necessary to have a car to be able to go to near by shops, this was perfect for what we wanted, secluded and no neighbours.
Frederique was the most fantastic host, she was so easy to get communicate with and she organised taxis for us to go to Toledo and the airport. Frederique also organised for a local chef to come and cook paella for us. Utterly amazing host! Can’t recommend her enough!!

This property not for everyone, but outstanding as a place to be away from everything, spread out in a large house, access 3G for multiple users without limit, and enjoy the rustic environment of a well-maintained 150 year old family home. From here we day-tripped to Toledo, El Escorial, Segovia, Avila, and Madrid. Pool was refreshing. This could be a good place for entertainment away from an office environment, too. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

Amazing property with a beautiful view for our immediate family and close friends during our wedding! The hosts were extremely accommodating and so sweet. We would highly recommend this property and the hosts!
